Hi I have an image that i want to make black and white (ie just use black ink cartridge) and I need the image to look like a newspaper image (made out of tiny dots). Any function on photoshop to do this? Thanks!!!

YES!

Choose the colors that you want (ie black foreground and white background) and go into the filter gallery. From there, go into the ''Halftone pattern'' and make sure pattern type is on ''Dot'' from there, you can change the size of the dots and all works fine and dandy!
